Introducing the Hurricane. Inspired by the Daiquiri, this cocktail mixes our Spiced Cane Spirit with lemon juice and a splash of passion-fruit syrup. Traditionally served in a “hurricane” glass (named after hurricane lamps), this classic shake up makes for the perfect summer cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Spiced Cane Spirit⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 30ml passion-fruit syrup (drop this to 15ml if you want to taste the rum a bit more)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 30ml lime juice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a cinnamon sugar rim (optional)
